You can view all recent notifications for current campaigns, campaigns in review, and even updates to your account or organization information from the Notifications page.
- Click on the Notifications icon in the top right corner of the app to see your recent campaign, account, and organization alerts.
- Alternatively, click View All Notifications on the app Dashboard.
- If you receive an error notification, click the Help icon in the bottom right corner of the screen to submit a ticket to the Formation team for review and assistance.
- Your CSM or another Formation team member will respond to your request by email.
- Response timing will be based on the priority level of the request type (IE: Errors will have a higher urgency than questions or business requests).
