You can review, configure, and edit Organization Settings by going to Your Organization > Settings.
You can review, configure, and edit Parameters, which include Global Reward Maximum and Global Spend Minimum values. These global values are applied to all campaigns and configurations. They cannot be overwritten. Changing these values will not affect active campaigns, only future ones.
To edit these values:
- Update the Global Reward Maximum and/or the Global Spend Minimum values.
- Click Confirm and Save Changes.
You can review Transaction and Reward Currencies, but you must contact your Formation representative for assistance if you would like to edit them.
The Transaction Currency setting is the base currency you use for transactions. Revenue metrics and offer configurations will be shown in this currency. For example, USD is a valid Transaction Currency setting.
The Reward Currency settings manage how you can reward customers. They include Currency Name, Currency Unit, Value, and Event Key. For example, if you reward your customers with points, and one point equals one US dollar, your Reward Currency settings would be:
- Currency Name: points
- Currency Unit: point
- Value: $1
- Event Key: points
