To access the Role Management page, go to Your Organization > Role Management.
On this page you can create roles and customize the Viewing Permissions, Campaign Control, User Management, and Integration capabilities for the roles that you create.
For instance, you might wish to create a Manager role for users who need some Viewing Permissions and all Campaign Control capabilities. To set up this role and its corresponding capabilities:
- Click Create New Role.
- Enter the name of the role, Manager, into the Role Name field that is located on the pop up that appears.
- Toggle on the applicable Viewing Permissions: View Dashboard, View Campaigns, and View Full Campaign Metrics.
- Toggle on all Campaign Control capabilities: Create/Edit Campaign, Submit Campaigns to Review, and Launch Campaign.
- Click Save Role.
After the role is saved, it can be assigned on the User Management page.
