To add a new target audience for your campaigns, go to Your Organization > Integrations > Audience Management and follow these steps:
- Click Create New Audience.
- Fill out the Audience Name and Audience Description fields.
- Click Create Audience.
- Click OK.
- Drag and drop your audience membership file into the indicated space or click Select File to upload your audience membership file.
- Click Update Audience.
Audience Membership File
An audience membership file must be a single-column, uncompressed .csv with one customer ID per row. The column header must be customer_id.
