Webhook Connectors

Webhook connectors enable you to send events to an HTTPS endpoint of your choosing. Some examples include:

• Sending Reward events to your loyalty platform to issue rewards
• Triggering emails to be sent to customers based on offer completion
• Notifying a customer about a new offer that they have
• Tracking activation, progression, achievement, completion funnels using your events-based analytics platform or CDP

Formation's Webhook connector events will be sent from the following IPs:

• 35.166.227.101

• 34.213.144.122

• 44.231.77.78

• 44.228.209.203

Setting Up a Webhook Connector

1. Log in to app.formation.ai
2. Navigate to Your Organization > Integrations > Connectors
3. Click Create Connector
4. Provide the relevant information:
   • Name
   • Payload Type
   • Transformation to be applied (optional, but must be created before creating the Connector)
5. Select Webhook as the Destination Type
   • Provide the Destination URL
   • Provide any http headers for security or tracking
6. Click Create & Save Connector
