With the Product Catalog feature, you are able to upload and maintain up to 20 catalog files. All of your available files are surfaced on the Catalog Files tab. Each file will be in one of five states (defined below), which determines the actions available for further configuration.

State Definitions and Available Actions

Active | Only one catalog file can be active at any time. This file will be leveraged for offer assignment and transaction qualification. |

Valid |
A catalog that was uploaded previously and has therefore been processed and passed validation. In this state, you can take the following actions:

Pending |
During the upload process, a file will be in the Pending state until it has been fully processed and all validations have passed.
NOTE: When a file is in the Pending state, you are not able to upload additional files. |

Warned |
In the event validations have identified potential issues with a file, it will be placed in the Warned state. In this state, you can take the following actions:

Failed |
In the event validations have identified issues that prevent your file from being viable, it is placed in the Failed state. In this state, you can take the following actions:
